Working principle and features of water treatment equipment

Water treatment equipment is a kind of equipment for filtering and purifying water by removing various harmful substances in the water that are not needed for production and life through various physical and chemical means. Because social production and life are closely related to water, the water treatment field involves a wide range of applications, which constitutes a huge industrial application.

Working principle and features of water treatment equipment

Working principle of industrial water treatment systems:

RO-reverse osmosis pretreatment process is mainly activated carbon and fine filtration. Permeation is a natural phenomenon: water passes through a semi-permeable membrane, from the low solute concentration side to the high solute concentration side, until the chemical position of the solvent reaches equilibrium. At equilibrium, the pressure difference across the membrane is equal to the osmotic pressure. This is the Osmosis phenomenon. Reverse osmosis means that if pressure is applied to the high-concentration side, the above-mentioned osmosis effect can be stopped and reversed, forcing water from the high-concentration side to the low-concentration side to purify the water. This phenomenon is called reverse osmosis (reverse osmosis), and this semi-permeable membrane is called reverse osmosis membrane.

Features of water treatment equipment:

Reverse osmosis water treatment equipment can filter out bacteria, viruses, heavy metals, pesticides, organics, minerals and odors, etc. in the water. It is a pure water that can be consumed without heating. The cost of the amount of water it filters is low. The pure water produced is of high quality and ideal sanitary indicators.

Reverse osmosis water treatment equipment adopts advanced reverse osmosis desalination technology to prepare deionized water, which is a preparation technology of pure physical process. The reverse osmosis pure water unit has the advantages of long-term uninterrupted work, high degree of automation, convenient operation, long-term stable effluent water quality, no pollutant discharge, and low cost for producing pure water. Reverse osmosis membrane technology has been widely used in domestic medicine, biology, electronics, chemical industry, power plants, sewage treatment and other fields.
